Renovation Design and Beau Finato, of Precision Builders, completely gutted and refurbished this 15th floor condo in order to sell. Built in the 1950's, the unit had asbestos ceilings and large, drafty single-pane windows. We mitigated the asbestos, installed restaurant grade windows throughout which reduced noise and high utility bills.
